Meet our Founder, Wade Pennington
Wade began his career at Deloitte, spending over five years in the audit & assurance practice. After leaving public accounting, Wade transitioned to Corporate Controller roles for various private-equity backed businesses in transportation, financial services and healthcare staffing/technology. In 2023, he was named Controller of the Year for large companies by FEI - Arizona.
Wade founded Seek CFO in 2023.
Wade is a licensed CPA in the State of Arizona and received his bachelors and masters degrees in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two boys. He is a sometimes triathlete and Phoenix Suns season ticket holder.
